You pick a single word, and you run it through Google News every day, and you only blog the stories that come up.
What would your word be?
IN THE COMMENTS: A reader points to Literally, A Web Log, which is tracking the word "literally." Very nicely done!

Food. I already googled it, and I am quite pleased :)
I briefly did a blog that essentially did this, with the phrase "Amber Alert." It occurred to me people should be paying attention to other things than a blog if there was an Amber alert.
I would pick moon.
narcissism
sandwich!
hmmm..."butt" also leads you to places you normally think it wouldn't...
velcro
I tried
Antidisestablishmentarianism
very interesting stuff.
History
I am what I am. I have such a word that I do Google every day.
"Poll"
(But it might be because one can't get very far Googling "is".)
I should have said, I don't *only* blog about polls, but around election time it sure did come close when they were coming fast and furious.
Pangalactic Garggleblaster - far more interesting than a 'cup of tea'
Cunt!
Interesting. You'd want a word that is general enough that you would get some results daily, yet not too broad that you'd be unable to read the results.
I would have to choose Christianity. Not as many hits as I would have thought.
I once might have chosen "cunt", as ploopusgirl did. No more.
These days, my word these days supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I've found that it truly does make me sound precocious.
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay!

Today? "Plaid."
Here is something along that line
Strategery...
Once upon a time, with my LiveJournal, I was doing turtle news . . .
That blog is (don't use literally... don't use literally) a blast! I particularly love the posed gummies.
Yeah, and I like the way it's called "Literally a Web Log" with the photo in the header being of literally a log ... on the web.
