It's a record. And it looks really funny! (Remember, the YouTube still is the middle frame of the clip. So what you see there is the half-way point. It gets funnier than that.)

Cool. I saw some of my own t-shirts there.
My kids enjoyed this. I did, too!
It reminds me of the story from Sideways Stories from Wayside School about the smelly kid in the coat. They took off his coat and found another and another. Turns out that under dozens of coats, it was a dead mouse.
They make a 10XL?!?! I think the largest I've ever seen was a XXX, maybe XXXX....but XXXXXXXXXX!?
Are you sure this is a clip about a record? It looks like a "How To" video for you folks in the frozen North. I know how important it is to dress in layers when the glaciers start moving back down from Canada.
10X, eh? The previous record I saw was 7X in Hawai'i (Hawaiian men can be very large indeed.) Interesting experience shopping in the petite section for once.
In my prime, I was 6' 4" and 136 pounds. Think how many T-shirts I could have gotten on that frame. Of course there is the physics question about 100# being added to 136#.
If this really is a record, I expect it will go down. Its just to straight forward to beat it.
