I read somewhere that the O shape on insects is a shape that startles and puts off predators just long enough to make escape possible.

What camera did you use to take these butterfly pictures? The one I have really can't handle close-ups of small things very well.

That's rather scary Simon because I too had the same first impression.

Now I need to pull that out of the video libary and watch it again.
