The bottom picture appears to have been snapped first. The sunset is slightly brighter in that pic.

After the bottom pic was snapped, it looks to me like the photographer of the top pic then walked closer to the evergreen treeline, stopping just past the large leafless tree (elm or oak?), that is visible in the bottom pic but not the top pic. At least to my eyes, that sunset is slightly darker.

Hi Robin!!!

Jason, you mean you went skiing at dawn? Counterclockwise around a park? Without taking any pictures?

Sorry I missed the sunset, but I was over at the Sunset Grill watching Don Henley flipping burgers.

Doesn't work for everyone, but it surely worked for me.

"Well done, please."

I like my men rare, and my burgers well done.

The NYT reports breaking news

"The White House said Sunday it will resume a U.S. military airlift of Haitians seriously injured in the earthquake — some with devastating burns, head and spinal chord trauma, amputations and other wounds — to American hospitals."

Chord a reference to the band Spinal Tap, I'd guess.

"Our audience is becoming more selective."
