Amazon!

I've added the AMAZON link to this blog's banner, so you will never have to wonder, when you've got a purchase to make, how to do it so that Althouse gets a percentage (with no added cost to you). And thanks to everyone who thinks of showing some appreciation for me that way. I notice and it touches me to see that you enjoy hanging out here enough to take the extra second to use that link, when you've got something you need to buy anyway. Seriously, Amazon Associates is a great program, and everybody wins.

My last purchase was a one man brake bleeding pump. Works good.

"everybody wins."

Except Californians.

Ironically enough it's Californication as the Gold Box deal right now.

Nobody wants that. The reality of it, not the series.

My new book is out in print and on Kindle. So buy that with Ann's link and everybody does win!

I buy stuff this way from Amazon. But, it does not change the fact that I am in a minority here.

I strongly believe that Obama-Biden will wash the USA-Floor everywhere in Nov. 2012. The GOP is finished. I am so excited about the defeat to the GOP that I wake up wondering if it is Nov. 2012. I mean I cannot wait to defeat the Perry/Palin/Bachman/Romney.

Obama is the best POTUS in our history. We should celebrate every day, every hour, and every second.

Ann, way to go to take sales from local businesses! Madison has all kinds of great local mom and pop shops that provide great service along with the products being purchased. Why don't you move to the suburbs where you belong?

I would like to have an associate link with Amazon, not that I actually have fraction of percentage of Professor Althouse's traffic. However, State of California in its Walmart inspired insanity, decided to cut off its own nose to spite me, passed the 'Amazon Tax'. So no Amazon button for me.

The little box on the side was a bit out of the way. I know I've ordered something from the Mato Grosso and then remembered you (sorry, it's easy to shoot past it).

Jay Retread supports an Administration that hates business, especially small business, so his concern is like the proverbial Texas river, a mile wide and an inch deep.

Unless you are blogging from California where everyone loses.

Yep. Round up all the retrograde antisocial elements. There is too much conflict in the streets of Madison right now, what with bourgeois consumerists roaming free, armed with flip cams they use tpo slander the revolutionary cadres.

Perhaps a high wall around each suburb, too, just to be sure.

BTW Retread, you may be amazed to discover that the same fascist technology that allows Althouse to oppress the proletariat via Amazon also allows people to read and comment on her blog even though they live far from Madison, Wisconsin.

So she's really helping to destroy Mom and Pop stores all over America. A true enemy of the people, that Althouse woman. The Isthmus should get on this story right now.

edutcher,

The Platte River runs through Nebraska, not Texas.

I buy from amazon.co.uk (it's where I live, after all).

Does your affiliate work there? How would I make it work if so?

Thanks -

I can't use the link of anyone who voted for Obama. It's Instapundit for me.

Granmary...under your standard...you may use mine!

As an attorney, I'm sure AA has thoroughly examined the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and Participation Requirements and is in full compliance.
